SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

This Shipping & Return Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Dittafelt.
By purchasing our goods and/or using our services, you accept this Shipping & Return Policy. Please read this Shipping & Return Policy carefully.
The terms used here, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning as in the General Terms and Conditions.

Within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Dittafelt. Our aim is to fulfil your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

Excluded time periods and P.O. Box addresses
Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays of Hungary.  We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Returns and Exchange
Right of withdrawal

The 14 day-deadline

You can announce your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order without reasoning.  You can announce such right in an expressed statement sent to us to our email address (info@dittafelt.com) within the above fourteen (14) day deadline. You shall send back the item to us without delay, but within fourteen (14) days from the announcement of your expressed statement (via email) on withdrawal at the latest. Terms and conditions of returns

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  1. Please contact us within fourteen (14) days from the date of your receipt there of in order to initiate a return process.
    2. the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged,
    3. the identification tag is still attached to the item,
    4. the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components);
    5. return items must be shipped back to Dittafelt within fourteen (14) days from the date the package was delivered to you.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, Dittafelt will exchange or refund the price of the returned purchased products according to the methods and times of our standard refund procedure.

Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.

You are liable for the amortization of the products as a result of the use of the product which exceeds the necessary measure in order to assess the nature, the characteristics, and wear/operation of the item.
Returned items that are used or damaged may not be accepted and your refund shall be refused.We will notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 working days of the receipt of the returned item.

 

Refund

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased your item. In case of sale items we are able to refund the sale price of the items.

In the unlikely event that you have not received an e-mail within the time period referred to above, please contact us via e-mail at info@dittafelt.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Exchanges

You can return any item for a direct exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order, without reasoning. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day return deadline is not be eligible for an exchange.

The provisions set forth above – with appropriate modifications – shall apply also for the exchange.

If you wish to do a direct exchange for the same product in another size or colour, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at info@dittafelt.com and send your item back with the provided free return shipping method (according to free return process – point above).

If you wish to have a different item, or the requested item has a different price than the price you have paid for the original item, then you will need to return the unwanted original item for a refund, and place a new order.

If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the size and/or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be taken place instead.
